Ryan Biles, Assoc. AIA | LEED-AP Intern  E-mail Ryan Biles began working at SCM Architects in 2000 as a summer intern while pursuing his architectural degree. His full-time affiliation with the firm began in January 2004. In his years of service to the firm, work has included the development of numerous marketing packages and presentations, the compilation of historic structures reports, as well as providing support for various project teams. Ryan is one of three LEED-Accredited Professionals SCM staff members who, in collaboration with the SCM Principals, are developing the firm's sustainable design effort. Ryan enjoys spending free time with his wife Natalie who is a licensed Interior Designer, and serving with his friends at church. He is inspired by author Gary Thomas, who writes, "As people created in the image of God, we have a responsibility to create. Whether we build a business, a house, a family, a book...or whatever else we choose to build, we shouldn't waste our lives but spend them productively."
