David Cowan, AIA SCM Associate  E-mail David Cowan joined SCM Architects at the beginning of 2004. With over 35 years of experience, David's influence as an SCM Associate has been extensive. Over the past several years, he has been involved in such projects as the phased renovation/ expansion of the American Heritage Center at Harding Univeristy, the new Corporate Office for Garver Engineers, as well as numerous other projects for institutions of higher education around the state. As an SCM Associate, David oversees SCM staff members and project teams to ensure production quaility and detailing accuracy. David's strong technical skills, personal project invovlement, and ability to coordinate large-scale projects during the construction document phase are signifcant assets to client's projects. David and his wife Terri enjoy life at home here in Little Rock in addition to spending time traveling abroad together.
